How do I book tickets?

CLICK HERE – it’s easy – you can do it right now and it takes less than 5 minutes. If you have any problems booking tickets you can ring 0800 988 3199. Alternatively, you can send a cheque made payable to Magic Action Promotions Limited, PO Box 247, Beverley. HU17 6BB enclosing an SAE. For recorded delivery return please add £2 to the total.

Cheques/postal orders postmarked after these dates will be returned.

What does recorded delivery mean?

It is optional but recommended, especially for larger bookings. We can post your tickets to you using the Royal Mails Recorded Delivery service. You will have to sign for them on receipt or collect them from your local sorting office. This means that we will be able to verify that you have/not received them, negating the need for a security deposit (on the gate price refundable under terms).

Where are my tickets?

Tickets are dispatched within 48 hours of ordering. However, please be aware that we have known 2nd class post to take up to 7 working days, so please bear this in mind when planning your order.

What do I do if I have lost/damaged my tickets?

Contact the us immediately via the contact form or telephone 0800 988 3199.

I am travelling from overseas?

Tickets, either pre book or on the gate, are required for overseas travellers. On production of proof of travel e.g. ferry boarding card per person, a voucher for £15 will be provided that can be redeemed on products or bar purchases.

Can I bring my car?

A limited number of car passes are only available to bikers in cars or registered blue badge holders for Into The Valley. Car passes are charged at £20 per vehicle (this charge is waived for Blue Badge holders) and can only be obtained by calling 0800 988 3199, a copy of your driving licence (a valid blue badge in the case of a disabled driver) will be required upon application and it must show a full Category A motorcycle entitlement. The car pass applicant MUST be driving the vehicle when entering the event.

The car parks will operate a stay put policy, which means that no vehicle movement will be permitted until Sunday morning and only when advised it is safe to do so. Please be advised that trailer tents are NOT permitted on the main camping area, due to the restrictions of that camping area, but a field that is adjacent to the main bike camping with a road is going to be used. Should you wish to bring a trailer tent then you may do so but it must be erected to the rear of your vehicle in the designated parking field. If you have biker buddies wishing to camp with you that will be fine. There will not be a fire in this field, but it is only a short walk to the bonfire.

Car passes will only be sent out if applied for by 23/04/17.

We will have a contingency plan in place should the weather be deemed too inclement for safe or uncomfortable for motorcycling. We will post on Facebook and update this website should we consider that the weather is detrimental to you fully enjoying this rally and bringing a car will be an option for extra camping equipment. The stay put car parking rules and fee will apply.

Only small amounts of personal alcohol will be permitted to be brought in cars, excess amounts of alcohol will be confiscated and returned at the end of the rally on Sunday.

The right to refuse entry or ask people to leave the rally is ours to use at any time should we consider the rules of the rally are or our premises licence are being broken or abused.

Please be advised that trailer tents are NOT permitted on the main fires camping field, due to the logistics of getting a trailer tent to the fires field, but a pathway into the No fires field that is adjacent to the car parking is going to be used.

YPR

Due to Escrick Parks rules regarding their land the only cars allowed on site will be those of Blue badge holders. Temporary disabilities or any other reasons for not arriving on a motorcycle or trike must be approved by us and this can only be done by phoning 0800 988 3199. Applications must be made by 30/07/17.

Can I bring a trailer tent on my trike?

Into The Valley – Yes

You can bring a trailer tent but be advised due to space restrictions trailer tents are NOT permitted on the main camping areas, should you wish to bring a trailer tent then you may do so but you it must be erected to the rear of your vehicle in the designated parking field. However your companions are permitted to stay in this area with you should they so wish.

Farmyard Party – Yes

Trailer tents are permitted on both camping fields.

Yorkshire Pudding – Yes

Trailer tents are permitted on the main camping field.

Can I come in on Thursday?

• Into The Valley – No

• Farmyard Party – Yes (separate tickets provided by limited available, can only be bought in conjunction with a full weekend ticket)

• Yorkshire Pudding – No

When do the gates open?

• Into The Valley – 9am Friday

• Farmyard Party – 9am Friday (around 3pm on Thursday if you have booked a Thursday ticket)

• Yorkshire Pudding – 9am Friday

Can’t the events run until Monday?

No. We’re too old and we need Monday to die…err… I mean clean the site.

Are there any showers?

Not for Into The Valley but we are trying to find some that we can use on these sites. Bring some wet wipes and a good friend!

We will have customer showers at the Farmyard this year and they will be raising money for the (ABF) Army Benevolent Fund. The cost will be £3.00 and all profits will go to the Soldiers Charity. The Army will be running these for us and the showers will be supplied by FG Trailers of Newcastle.

For Yorkshire Pudding – yes! What are we turning you all into? Spoiled rotten you lot!

What bands are playing?

If you keep revisiting this website or follow us on Facebook at Yorkshire MAG Events and Rallies the bands and other entertainment will be posted as it comes in.

Can I bring my own beer ?

You may bring beer for your own consumption to all of our events. However, as a condition of our licence at Into the Valley you cannot bring or consume your own drinks in the 2 main brick built barns/ buildings, signage will be in place to notify you of these restrictions.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes as long as it’s kept on a lead and cleaned up after.

Can I use BBQs?

BBQs can be used in all camp fire areas. If you use a BBQ in a non-camp fire area, it must be raised off the ground so the grass is not burnt.

Can I bring my children?

Yes – under 16 can enter the rallies for free but must enter on a bike, be accompanied by an adult and tickets order in advance (i.e. pre-booked). Teens (God love ‘um) may need ID to avoid being charged full price on the gate. Photocopied ID will do.

Please bear in mind, we do have a limit on the numbers of minors that we allow on site. Please note that we do not provide any entertainment for children and they must be kept under strict supervision as some of the entertainment on site may be of an adult nature.

Can I camp away from the fires?

• Into The Valley: Yes – We have a communal bonfire.

• Farmyard Party: Yes – there are 2 separate camping areas, 1 with wood supplied and the other strictly no fires.

• Yorkshire Pudding: Yes – We have a large communal bonfire that will be lit both nights. We cannot allow camp fires though.

How do I book Comfy Camping (Glamping)?

(Currently only available at Into The Valley and The Farmyard Party)

What do I get if I Glamp?

Can I rent any other kid of tent?

Carry Nowt Camping offer pre-erected tents at all of our events, so you can just turn up and start partying without the hassle and stress of arguing with everyone whilst you try and pitch your own tent. Contact Jake on 07760 279905 for more detail or to book.

How do I get my MAG voucher?

MAG Vouchers are only available at Into the Valley and the Farmyard Party. Just bring your full and valid MAG membership card along to the MAG tent at the event. If you are not a member you can claim by joining MAG either before the rally or whilst your there.

Why do you charge a administration fee?

The administration fee covers the charges levied by the banks for credit and debit card transaction, the payment portal, upkeep and maintenance of the website, administration and postage.
